Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

Saturday night we had Truck or Treat at our Church and my Tuck-man was supposed to be a lion.  Well, I failed to try his costume on him when we bought it and it was a little too small, but he wore it anyway... well everything except the head piece.

He was sweet anyway!

LOL!

This is my cousins children, they also stay at the babysitter with Tucker.

Tucker and Zoe... sweet

Sunday, we had a little birthday lunch for my sweet brother Casey, who will be turning 40 tomorrow.  We had a great time!  The weather was beautiful and the kids (big and small) played outside.

So sweet!

I love these guys!

Tonight we plan on taking Tucker out trick-or-treating, hopefully he will cooperate and wear the whole costume!

Hope you have a great Halloween!

Weekend Plans!

I am so thankful it's Friday!  This week has been so crazy.  I had a MAJOR test on Wednesday night and oh.ma.word it was awful! Oh well, it's over now Thank You Jesus!

Tonight my nephew will be playing his very last football game *sniff, sniff*!  We will not be going because it is way too cold for Tuck.  I know they will do great anyway!  We LOVE YOU #10!!

Tomorrow night we are having our annual Trunk r Treat, wiener roast and hay ride at church.  Can't wait to see my sweet boy dressed up!  (* I really wanted him to be a puppy dog from the Pottery Barn Kids collection, but couldn't talk myself into spending the $50+ on it so he'll be a lion)

My nephew Jackson won a little halloween costume contest (for Most Original Costume) last night at the Downtown New Albany Festival.

He was Colonel Rebel of course!  Sweet Emma was Little Bo Peep and Mary Ella was a lamb.
Aren't they just presh!

Sunday we will be having a little birthday lunch for my sweet brother who will be turning 40 on Tuesday.

What are your plans for the weekend?  Whatever they are, I hope it's wonderful!

FRIDAY!

It's Friday y'all!  Need I say more?!?!

Anywho, I am without anything clever to blog about today so I thought I'd just let y'all know that I met Blake Shelton.  Yep that is correct I MET Blake Shelton, and had my picture made with him.  I mean, it was like 7 years ago, but I met him non- the- less.

This was way back when he had long hair and I was supppper skinny!  He was also still married to his first wife at the time and I met her too.  So, yeah I met him and I sat 4th row at the concert.... he was opening for Toby Keith.  It was pretty awesome.

So, y'all I just want to leave you with this song to get you pumped about the weekend!

LOVE!!!  Have  a great one y'all!

Adele, you move me!

Oh. my. goodness.  y'all!  I am so loving Adele.  Last night I heard "Someone Like You" for the first time, and it completely moved me!  I know I'm probably a little behind, but when you're listening to Kid's Songs every time you get in the car, you kind of miss the good stuff (not that hearing Tucker sing "wheels on the bus" is not good)!

Listening to this song made me really appreciate the relationship I have with my sweet husband.  I am so thankful and blessed to have married my true first love.  I know there are a lot of people in this world who can relate to this song.

Happy Thursday Y'all!

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

Welcome to this weeks edition of What I'm loving Wednesday!  Brought to you in party by Jamie over at This Kind of Love.

This week I'm loving so many things!

{ONE}

I'm loving my that Christ died on the cross for my sins!

{TWO}

I'm loving that my husband and I were able to visit with a very sweet lady who we attend church with.  She is in her 90's and is able to live by herself.  She has no husband and no children.  She still is able to attend church services when her health allows her to.  She has been a little under the weather lately and has not been able to attend church.  She is such a blessing to us and we pray that she is feeling better again soon and able to be with her church family!  We love you Ms. Holcomb!

{THREE}

I am totally loving the beautiful fall like weather we've had the last day or so.  I absolutely love this time of year!

{FOUR}

I'm loving that I've been planning Tucker's birthday party!  We are having a Mickey Mouse themed party this year.  Etsy has become my bff in this process.  They have the cutest stuff!

The cute invitation we chose.

The shirt we ordered for him to wear on his big day!

I did not buy this, because I could not justify spending $25 + shipping to buy this and use it once.  So, I am going to attempt to make it!  Wish me luck!

{FIVE}

I'm loving that I only have a few more weeks left in my class.  Intermediate Accounting is incredibly hard!  I'll be so thankful when it is over!

{SIX}

I'm loving that we have a busy weekend ahead!  My sweet niece Emma Grace is doing a cheer at her school on friday night (she's in kindergarten this year), my nephew will be playing football on friday as well and on saturday we'll be going to watch our Rebels play (Lord help!).

{SEVEN}

I'm loving my sweet angel and his daddy too!

What are you loving today?  Link up and let us know!

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

Zack's Senior Night

As I told y'all last week, my nephew Zack had his Football Senior Night Friday night.  I had more than a few tears in my eyes that night.  I can't believe that Zack is a senior this year.  I just wanted to share a few pictures of the night.  (I grabbed these pics off of Zack's girlfriends facebook page since my camera was acting up and I didn't get any good pictures.)

Waiting on his turn...

Brothers!  I couldn't love these two any more if they were my own.

Zack and his precious girlfriend, Sydney.

Tyler's sweet girlfriend kept Tucker for me Friday because my babysitter needed to be off.  She took this picture and it totally made me laugh.

She is so sweet to help me out when I need someone to watch Tuck.  I have to say that I'm very proud of my nephews for picking suck great girls to be their girlfriends!

Hope your weekend was great!  Happy Monday!
