I am too excited not to blog about this right now. First of all I am not your typical wife. I absolutely love having deer mounts on my wall. It's just something rugged about it that I really enjoy. Having said all that... my husband killed THE big one this morning. When I say big one I mean an 11 point that he has been watching for three years... well not really watching but it has been on his game camera for that long. We were so afraid that he would either be killed by someone else or hit by a car. I am BEYOND excited for him. Justin took off this week just to hunt in hopes of getting the BIG one! He even braved the frigid temperatures this morning, so when he called me and said "Big Buck Down" I just wanted to bust out in to tears. I know he has really put in a lot of hours waiting for this moment and I am so proud of him! Look for pics to come!!

Woohoo way to go Justin! I know how exciting that is. I asked Dad to kill me a duck for a wedding gift. We are some weird girls. LOL! I wouldn't change it for anything in the world!
ReplyDeleteThanks Amber! I don't think I could have been any happier had we won the lottery! Justin had a duck mounted and it looked awful, so we left it in his old room back at his mom and dad's ;)!Isn't it great being a country bumpkin?!? Love and Miss ya!
